Shipping and Fulfillment
Every purchase is made to order, and each product is carefully selected to ensure our customers receive the best quality products. Due to this process, each order takes 5-7 business days to fulfill. Holidays will affect delivery times.
Shipping options are available through USPS. Once items are shipped, please track all orders via USPS. Please note that shipping times via USPS refer to their transit times and not to the processing period.
Currently, we do not offer expedited services; we look forward to adding it as an option in the future.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Here at Bloomvault Hair, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair products and excellent service. We value the importance of communication and understand that life happens. We can refund orders that have not been processed out as of yet however if your order has been processed, we can no longer honor refunds. (Processing takes 24-48 hours after ordering has been placed) We understand that issues can arise, and we are here to help. All of our refund/return policy will be based on the context of the reasoning. We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request.
